Street Style Gobi Manchurian served with Layered Paratha vahchef - Crispy Restaurant Style Recipe - Simple for Home Cooking

Gobi Manchurian
Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour - 1 cup
Cornstarch - ¼ cup
Baking Powder - Pinch
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Cauliflower(Blanched) - 250 g
Seasoned Flour - 2 tsp
Oil - 2 tb spn
Garlic - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 2
Capsicum - 2 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tsp
Flavouring salt - 1 tsp
Slurry - 1 tb spn
Coriander leaves - 1 Sprig
Spring Onions - 2 Sprig
Method:
Take a bowl, Add All Purpose Flour
Add ¼ cup of Corn Starch
Add a pinch of Baking Powder
Add little Pepper Powder
Add required amount of salt
Mix it well, without any lumps
Take a bowl, Add Blanched Cauliflower
Sprinkle some Seasoned Flour
This ensures even coating on Cauliflower
Add Cauliflower pieces to Batter
Deep fry them in hot Oil
Fry them till crunch & keep aside
In a pan, Add 2 tsp of Oil
Add 1 tsp finely chopped Garlic
Add 1 tsp of finely chopped Ginger
Add 2 tb spn of finely chopped Onion
Add 2 tsp finely chopped chillies
Add 2 tsp finely chopped capsicum
Add 1 tsp Soya sauce
Add 1 tsp Chilli sauce
Add ½ Vinegar
Add 1 tsp Tomato Ketchup
Add a pinch of Flavouring salt
Add 1 tb spn of cornstarch slurry
Add Fried Cauliflower
Toss it well
Add chopped Coriander leaves
Finish it off with Spring Onions

Ingredients

2 cup maida
as needed oil
pinch salt
as needed water
Directions
Take a bowl add maida salt mix well then add water and make into soft dough and rest for 5 min
take the rested dough knead well for 2min then rest it again for 5 min
now take the rested dough divide into equal portions and make into balls by applying oil to hands and keep aside for 3-4min
Now take the rested balls and flat the dough by applying oil on the base and make into thin sheets and apply on top of the sheet and sprinkle flour and fold as shown in the video and rest for 2-3min

now take the rested folded dough and roll like chapati and cook on both the sides by applying oil.
remove the parata from tawa and with both the hands just push the paratha with both the hands so that the layers comes out.
