गोबी सोया कीमा | Gobhi Soya Kheema | Gobhi Soya Bhurji | CHEF HARPAL SINGH SOKHI | chefharpalsingh

Gobhi soya Keema is a very tasty cauliflower recipe which tastes amazingly good. We have shared few tips and tricks to make the best gobi keema, so do try making it.

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Bay leaves - 2 no.
Onion (chopped) - 1 no.
Cauliflower - 250 gms
Soya keema - 1 1/2 cup
tomato (chopped) - 1 no.
Green Peas -= 1/2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Garama Masala - 1 tsp
Red cchilli powdr - 1 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Amchoor - 1 tsp
Turmric powder - 1/2 tsp
salt - to taste


METHOD -
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, bay leaves, onion and cook till brown in colour.
2. Add tomato, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, black pepper crushed, amchoor, turmeric powder, salt and water.
3. Add cauliflower, soya keema, green peas and mix well.
4. Add water as required and let cook.
5. Add coriander leaves and serve hot.
