GOBHI MATAR PATTICE - (Serves - 4)Ingredients1 small cauliflower (gobhi), grated ½ cup green peas (matar), boiled2 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled1 medium onion, finely chopped1-2 green chillies, finely chopped½ teaspoon red chilli powder1 teaspoon coriander powder¼ teaspoon turmeric powder½ teaspoon garam masala powder½ teaspoon cumin powder½ teaspoon chaat masala Salt to taste2 tablespoons dried breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon cornstarch Method1. Mash the potatoes in a bowl. Add cauliflower, green peas, onion, green chillies, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, chaat masala and salt and mix well.2. Add breadcrumbs and mix well. Add cornstarch and mix again.3. Dampen your palms, divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into pattice.4. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Place the pattice on it and shallow-fry till evenly done and golden from both sides.5. Serve hot.
