It's time to start thinking outside the bun when it comes to our burgers, and to enjoy them in a gluten-free and healthy way.GLUTEN FREE BURGERIngredients250 grams lamb mince16 thick tomato slices1 tablespoon chopped garlic1 small onion, finely chopped1 teaspoon fresh thymeSalt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to taste Oil for shallow-frying2 cheese slices, cut into 4 piecesMustard paste as required1 large onion, cut into roundels and layers separatedMethod1. Combine lamb mince, garlic, onion, fresh thyme, salt and crushed peppercorns in a bowl and mix well.2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small tikkis. 3. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Shallow-fry the tikkis from both sides till golden. Place a cheese piece on each tikki, cover and cook till it melts.4. Spread some mustard paste on each tomato slice. Put few onion rings and a fried tikki on top of 8 tomato slices. Cover with remaining tomato slices, mustard side down.
