Gluten Free Berry Crumble

Two of the hardest things to come up with for Pesach are breakfasts and dessert ideasthis recipe covers both! Eat this delicious crumble with yogurt or Pure Pudding for a nutritious breakfast, or serve with your favorite ice creamlike non-dairy silan ice cream for a sweet, luscious dessert.

1 and 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
1 and 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 tablespoon raw honey (or regular honey; optional)
1/2 tablespoon Rories grain free mix
