Glorious Green Smoothie Recipe (St Patrick's Day Special) | Eat East Indian

Quick, Easy and really healthy Breakfast smoothie which is filling, full of fibre and is very cleansing and detoxifying as well. This smoothie stays fresh in the fridge for 2.5 days and you can mix and match ingredients that you may like. Great way to include greens in your diet.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Spinach
1/2 cup Cilantro
1/2 cup Swiss chard (we used frozen)
1 cup Kale (Frozen)
1/2 cup grapes
1 cup apples
4-5 celery sticks
1/2 cucumber
1/2 cup water

Method: Blend celery sticks and cucumber with water and then all the other ingredients. Consistency of the smoothie can be adjusted by adding more or less water. Also you can add more fruit or tbsp honey to make your smoothie sweeter.
After drinking this smoothie for few days you will start noticing change in your appearance..beautiful skin, lustrous hair and overalll better health.
