Whatever Quantity, or a cupSome WaterApprox. 6 tsps SaltClean the ginger/garlic/green chilli, pat dry them and chop the chillis(if using chillis), peel and chop the ginger/garlic. Grind them into fine pastes. Add the salt.Mix well and keep in your FREEZER. Not refrigerator. Salt helps in stopping crystallization.
