Giant Turkish Pizza Lahmacun Recipe With Sucuk And Egg For Breakfast

I'll make a giant 60-centimeter Turkish pizza with sujuk and eggs for breakfast.
I use 1 kilogram of lamb meat and tail fat
8 onions
8 green peppers and 4 red peppers
8 tomatoes will be enough
Half a glass of sunflower oil
2 spoons of pomegranate syrup
20 grams of salt
One and a half spoons of chili pepper
Half a spoon of cumin
You can add any spices you like, black pepper, thyme etc.
I prepare the minced meat and grind the meat once with the fine-hole attachment of the machine.
If you don't have lamb, you can also use beef. I make it this way, with lamb, veal sausage and chicken eggs, to bring together 3 animals on the pizza.
I will make some ingredients oily so that our product is not dry.
I chop onions, peppers and tomatoes in a mixer.
I mix it until it becomes a fine puree.

This sauce contains some ketchup, mayonnaise and yoghurt, and a little thyme.
After adding the sauce thoroughly to the base, I add another layer of phyllo bread.
Now I add the lahmacun minced meat mixture we prepared onto the bread and stick it well.
I add the sausages I sliced
Is it done? Of course not, we will add the eggs last.
I break 6 eggs into a bowl, add some salt, mix very little and gently, without over-beating.
Now I add the eggs randomly on the pizza, be careful to add them in a balanced way.
I will cook the pizza after preheating the oven to 180 degrees.
