Hot Sauce

Serving Size 1 Tbsp

Hot Sauce Base Ingredients:
• 6 Cloves Garlic (2 Tbsp Minced Garlic)
• 6 Cups Water
• 3 Cups Onion Diced
• 3 Cups Carrot

Chipotle Sauce Ingredients:
• 1/3 Hot Sauce Base
• 3 Tbsp White Vinegar
• 1 Tsp Salt
• 1 Roma Tomato
• 1 Jalapeno
• 1 Yellow Pepper
• 10 Chipotle Peppers

Habanero Sauce Ingredients:
• 1/3 Hot Sauce Base
• 3 Tbsp White Vinegar
• 1 Tsp Salt
• 2 Limes Squeezed
• 1 Jalapeno
• 1 Orange Pepper
• 10 Habanero Peppers

Ghost Pepper Sauce Ingredients:
• 1/3 Hot Sauce Base
• 3 Tbsp White Vinegar
• 1 Tsp Salt
• 2 Roma Tomatoes
• 1 Jalapeno
• 1 Red Pepper
• 10 Ghost Peppers

Directions:

1.) Saute Garlic, add onions, carrots & water and bring to a boil and let simmer until carrots are soft and water reduces by half.

2.) Remove from heat and toss 1/3 of the mixture into a blender with the ingredients listed from each sauce. Blend until smooth.

3.) Jar & Refrigerate.
