Mysore Masala Dosa With ChutneysRed Chutney Ingredients:Chana Dal - 1 tb spnFried Chana Dal - ½ cupGarlic - 1 tb spnGinger - 1 tb spnBegdi Chillies (soaked) - ½ cupTomatoes - 1 cupOil - As RequiredSalt - To TasteMethod:- First heat a pan add oil,chana dal, fried chana dal,red chillies,garlic,ginger,soaked begdi chillies,tomatoes and some salt and cook it. Once it cools down grind it into a coarse paste.Yellow Chutney Ingredients:Red Chillies - 1 tb spnGarlic - 1 tb spnShallots - ½ cupFried Chana Dal - 1 tb spnTurmeric - 1 tspGrated Coconut - 1 cupSalt - To TasteOil - As RequiredMethod:-First Heat a pan add oil,red chillies,garlic,shallots,fried chana dal,turmeric and check seasoning by adding salt.
