[INGREDIENTS]  

Ghee - 1 tbsp / 15 mlCashew - 8 to 10 nos (halves)Raisins - 2 tbsp / 20 gmsBay Leaf - 1Cinnamon - 1 inchStar Anise - 1Pepper - 1 tsp (10 to 12 nos)Cloves - 5 nos
Cardamom - 2 nos
Onion - 1 no (thinly sliced)
Green Chilli - 1 slit
Basmati Rice (soaked) - 1 cup / 200 gms
Water - 2 cups / 240 ml
Salt (as per taste) - 1 tsp / 5 gms

Serves - 3 persons
