Aloo Beans Carrot Fry

ABC fry

Ingredients:-

Potatoes: 1 cup
Carrot: 1 cup
Beans: 1 cup
Ghee - 1 tb spn
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 5 cloves
Onion- 1
Hing - pinch
Turmeric- 1/4 tsp
Chana dal - 1 cup (soaked)
Green chillies- 2
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Coriander- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - Pinch
Aam chur / Dry Mango Powder - 1/2 tsp
Capsicum- 1
Coriander leaves
Salt - to taste
Water - As Required


Serve it with soft chapathis
