INGREDIENTS
150ml blue colored syrup
300ml water
5ml lemon juice
4g agar powder
Some yogurt

PREPARATION
1. Heat blue syrup, water, and lemon juice in a pot.

2. Add agar powder into the pot to melt. Transfer into a container and chill in the refrigerator until solid.

3. Slice (2) with a tokoroten noodle maker.

4. By layering (3) and yogurt, draw the sky in the glass.

5. Enjoy!
