My garden is blooming with ton of Cluster Beans this year so enjoying it so much! We Gujju has a habit of making sabjis with Aloo When the green vegetables are not enough to feed the whole family. I usually prepare Guvar Shaak alone but ever since I tried with Potato, I started loving it with Rotis.
Can't find Guvar (cluster Beans)? Try with Green Beans or French Beans known as Fansi in India.
