Watch this video to learn how to make the simple and easy to make Gavar Aloo Ki Sabzi GAVAR ALOO KI SABZIIngredients250 grams cluster beans (gavar), stringed and cut into ½ inch pieces2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into ½ inch cubes1 medium onion, chopped½ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon red chilli powder½ teaspoon cumin powder2 tablespoons oil½ teaspoon mustard seeds1 teaspoon cumin seedsA pinch of asafoetida1 teaspoon grated jaggerySalt to taste2 tablespoons scraped fresh coconutMethod1. Mix cluster beans, onion, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and cumin powder in a bowl.2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add mustard seeds. Once they start to splutter, add cumin seeds and asafoetida. 3. When cumin seeds start to change colour, add cluster bean mixture-potatoes and mix well. Cover and cook for two to three minutes.4. Add jaggery and salt, cover and cook till the beans are tender and the potatoes are cooked.5.
