You can also serve it as a dip with your favourite chips or spread it on rolls and wraps. The combination of fresh cream and condensed milk gives this Garlic Mayonnaise a very creamy mouth-feel while ingredients like mustard and garlic give it a spiky shade. Preparation Time: 2 minutes.Beating Time: 5 minutes.Cooking Time: Nil.Makes 1 cup.½ cup fresh cream2 tsp condensed milk¾ cup oil½ tsp mustard (rai / sarson) paste½ tsp garlic (lehsun) paste1 tsp vinegarSalt and to taste1. Combine the fresh cream and condensed milk in a deep bowl and beat well using an electric beater for 2 minutes or till the mixture turns smooth.2. Add the oil gradually while continuously beating the fresh cream-condensed milk mixture for another 2 minutes or till the mixture becomes light and fluffy.3. Add the mustard paste, garlic paste, vinegar, salt, pepper powder and beat again for 1 more minute.4. Use as required or store refrigerated till use.
