Ingredients
• Jaggery-3/4Cup
• Water-10ml
• Coconut-1 1/2Cups
• Almonds-1Tbsp
• Cashewnut-1Tbsp
• Elaichi Powder-1Tsp
• Water-2Cups
• Salt-To Taste
• Ghee-1Tbsp
• Rice Flour-2Cups

Recipe
1.) Make the Modak Stuffing using jaggery, coconut, almonds, cashewnut and elaichi powder.
2.) Make Modak dough using water, salt, ghee and rice flour.
3.) Grease the mould with ghee, stuff the modak dough with stuffing in the middle.
4.) Steam the Modaks for 15minutes.
5.) Modaks are ready to be served
