INGREDIENTES (A m me salieron 35 galletas)
GALLETAS DE LIMN, CANELA Y ALMENDRAS
250g Mantequilla sin sal
100g Azcar glas
100g Azcar moreno
Ralladura de limn
1 huevo L
400g Harina de trigo
2 Cucharaditas de Canela molida
Cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
Cucharadita de Sal
100g Harina de almendras

GLASA REAL (opcional)
100g Azcar glas
15ml Agua
3g Albmina

OTROS INGREDIENTES (opcional)
Cacao en polvo sin azcar

NOTA: Puedes hacer estas galletas hasta con 2 o 3 semanas de antelacin. Gurdalas dentro de una caja de cartn o de lata o metal.
