Gajar ka Halwa /GajrelaIn today's recipe ,we will make very tasty healthy gajar ka halwa .We make this halwa with milk and carrot.If you like the recipe, Please press the like button and don't forget to subscribe to my channelIngredients:Milk 1 litreCarrot 1/2 kgsugar 6tbspDesi Ghee 2tbspCardamom powder(elaichi) 1/2tsp(optional)Dry fruits OptionalMethod:1. Boil the milk in heavy bottom pan on high flame.2. Once milk starts boiling, add grated carrot(gajar) and cook it on medium to high flame till milk gets reduce . Stir the mixture of milk and carrot in between so that milk doesn't get stick to the bottomans sides of the pan3. Once it gets reduce, add sugar and mix it well and cook it for another 10-12 minutes on low flame.4. After that add oil and cardamom powder to it and cook it on low flame for 4-5 minutes.5. Add dry fruits ( Almonds, Cashews, Pistachios, raisins), and mix it .This step is optional.6.
