Gajar ka halwa or Carrot halwa or Gajrela is one of the most popular Indian dessert. It is a delight of winter and mainly associated with North India and Pakistan. It's made with grated carrots, whole milk and dried fruit. Carrot is a rich source of important vitamins and minerals. It is important to buy tender and juicy carrots so that they are ease to grate. The best thing is that this recipe can be made easily at home.

Ingredients
½ kg carrot(grated)
¼ bowl dry fruit.
2 tablespoon ghee
1/4 tablespoon Elaichi(cardamom) powder
100 gm mava(Khoya)
100 gm sugar
1 cup milk
