EVOO2 Fresh Italian Sausages, sweet or hot, casings removed and crumbled1 Garlic Clove, minced3 Sun Dried Tomatoes, sliced,2 Cherry Peppers, quarteredBasil Leaves, for garnishSalt, to taste1. Bring a pot os salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook as per package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, in case needed. Drain the pasta.2. Add the olive oil to a skillet and saute the garlic over medium heat.3. Add the sausage and cook until browned.4. Add the cherry peppers and sun dried tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes.5. Add the fusilli pugliesi to the skillet and stir to combine, over medium heat. Add in pasta water or chicken broth, if needed, to create a sauce.6.
