Funfetti Cake Batter Dip | Pretty Healthy | Tastemade

This gluten-free dip is here to start the party!

Ingredients—
1/2 block medium-firm tofu
3 tablespoons gluten-free oat flour
1 tablespoon cashew butter
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut yogurt
Pinch of sea salt
Funfetti sprinkles

For dipping:
Gluten-free pretzels
Strawberries
Banana coins

Steps—
In a food processor, blend all ingredients except sprinkles.
Transfer to a mixing bowl and fold in the sprinkles.
Transfer to a serving bowl and top with more sprinkles.
Serve with fruit and pretzels.
