Curry leaves Powder

Curry leaves- 1 bowl
Peanuts- 1 tb spn
Chana dal - 1 tsp
Rice - 1 tsp
Red chillies- 9
Pepper- 1 tsp
Urad Dal - 1/2 tsp
Tamarind- few
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Mustard- 1/2 tsp
Methi - pinch
Garlic cloves- 8
Salt - To Taste

Method:

Dry roast all the above ingredients on a very low flame for 8-10 minutes or till they get aromatic.
Switch off the flame and transfer it to a plate , let it cool and grind into a coarse powder.

Use for Dosa / Idlis

Coconut- 2 tb spn
Whole Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Pepper- 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tb spn
Ginger- 1 inch
Garlic- 1 inch
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tb spn
Coconut oil- 1 tsp
Water - As Required
