Sift refined flour and whole wheat flour in a bowl.2. Break eggs in a bowl and whisk well. Add ghee, sugar, salt, coconut milk, instant yeast and mix well.3. Add this mixture to the flour mixture. Add ¾ cup water and mix well. Cover with the lid and set aside to ferment for 4-6 hours.4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Drop small portions of the batter and deep fry till golden brown and crisp.5.
