Fruit Jelly


Ingredients for watermelon jelly:
Water melon 2 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Red food color 1/2 tsp
Slurry (corn flour 3 tbsp + water 1/4 cup)
Desiccated Coconut as required

Ingredients for Kiwi Jelly:
Kiwi 2 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Green food color 1/2 tsp
Slurry (corn flour 3 tbsp + water 1/4 cup)
Desiccated Coconut as required

Ingredients for Mango Jelly:
Mango pulp 2 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Slurry (corn flour 3 tbsp + water 1/4 cup)
Desiccated Coconut as required

Directions for Watermelon Jelly Preparation:
1. In a blender add watermelon pulp and blend into puree.
2. Pour the puree in a preheated pan and add sugar and red food color. Cook until starts to simmer.
3. Now add slurry and cook for 2 minutes or until thickens in consistency.
4. Let it cool at room temperature. Pour the jelly mixture in a glass mould and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
5. Sprinkle desiccated coconut over the jelly and serve. Your watermelon jelly is ready.
Directions for Kiwi Jelly Preparation:
1. In a blender add kiwi pulp and blend into puree.
2. Pour the puree in a preheated pan and add sugar and green food color. Cook until starts to simmer.
3. Now add slurry and cook for 2 minutes or until thickens in consistency.
4. Let it cool at room temperature. Pour the jelly mixture in a glass mould and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
5. Sprinkle desiccated coconut over the jelly and serve. Your kiwi jelly is ready.

2. Pour the puree in a preheated pan and add sugar. Cook until starts to simmer.
3. Now add slurry and cook for 2 minutes or until thickens in consistency.
4. Let it cool at room temperature. Pour the jelly mixture in a glass mould and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
5. Sprinkle desiccated coconut over the jelly and serve. Your mango jelly is ready.

Cooking time: 25-30 mins
