In a blender add watermelon pulp and blend into puree.2. Pour the puree in a preheated pan and add sugar and red food color. Cook until starts to simmer.3. Now add slurry and cook for 2 minutes or until thickens in consistency.4. Let it cool at room temperature. Pour the jelly mixture in a glass mould and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.5.
