Khatti Meethi Fruit Chaat
Ingredients for Tart:
Flour 3 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Butter cubes (chilled) 150g
Water (chilled) as req

Ingredients for Syrup:
Mango Juice 1 cup
Pineapple Juice ¼ cup
Lemon Juice ½ tbsp
Chaat Masala 1 tsp

Ingredients for Yogurt Mixture:
Cream ½ cup
Yogurt ½ cup
Condensed Milk ¼ cup

For Assembling:
Apple (cubes) 1 cup
Bananas (sliced) 1 cup
Strawberries (cubes) 1 cup
Kiwi (cubes) 1 cup
Pomegranate seeds 1 cup
Grapes 1 cup
Macaroni (boiled) 1 cup
Raisins as req
Almonds (sliced) as req
Dates (sliced) as req
Chaat masala as required

Kurkure Chutney Chaska (topping)

Directions for Tart Preparation:
1. In a bowl add flour, and salt and mix well. Add chilled butter and crush it between your fingers until crumbled.
2. Gradually add chilled water and knead into a semi-hard but rough dough. Do not over knead.
3. Cover in cling wrap and refrigerate until chilled.
4. Cut into 9 small portions. Roll out each portion into a disc-like shape.
5. Transfer to a mini tart mold, press by the sides of the mold. Add bean in each mold to retain the shape of tart. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
6. Take them out of the oven and cool down to room temperature.
Directions for Syrup Preparation:
7. In a jar add mango juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, chaat masala and mix well. your syrup is ready.

Directions for Assembling:
8. In a bowl add apple, bananas, strawberries, kiwi, pomegranate, grapes, macaroni and mix well.
9. Transfer a spoonful of fruits into the tart. Repeat with all the tarts.
10. Place them in a dish. Pour yogurt mixture over them.
11. Garnish with almonds, dates, raisins, strawberries, chaat masala and top with Kurkure Chutney Chaska.
12. Your Khatti Meethi Fruit Chaat is ready.
