Ingredients:
150 grams Butter, unsalted
50 grams sugar
3 whole eggs
150 grams Flour
300 grams dry fruits, mixed
2 teaspoon tutti-frutti

Method:
In a bowl add butter and sugar and give it a good whisk
Then add 3 whole eggs, 1 yolk at a time and give it a good whisk.
Next. add the flour and whisk it again
Then add the dry fruits & tutti frutti and whisk it well till all ingredients are combined
Add the mixture in a baking mould and bake it in the oven for 170 deg C for 30-35 mins
Once it's baked the cake is ready to be served!
