Frozen Daiquiris 4 Ways

Fruity, frozen and FABULOUS - these look DELICIOUS!!

Grapefruit & Honey Frozen Daiquiri

Ingredients:

2 cups grapefruit juice, frozen into cubes
8 shots Bacardi Grapefruit flavoured Rum
1/3 cup lime juice
1/3 cup honey
4 cups crushed ice
Grapefruit slice for the garnish
Honey for the garnish
Fresh basil for the garnish

Method:

1. In a blender, add all the ingredients except for the garnishes.

2. Blend 10 seconds at a time until the desired consistency is achieved.

3. Serve in a chilled jug with four cocktail glasses on the side.

4. Garnish with grapefruit slices, honey drizzle and fresh basil leaves.

5. ENJOY!

Yield: 3 drinks

Berrylicious Frozen Daiquiri

Ingredients:

2 cups frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
8 shots Bacardi Raspberry flavoured Rum
cup lime juice
1/3 cup honey
4 cups crushed ice
Frozen raspberries for the garnish

Method:

1. In a blender, add all the ingredients except for the garnishes.

2. Blend 10 seconds at a time until the desired consistency is achieved.

3. Serve in a chilled jug with four cocktail glasses on the side.

4. Garnish with frozen raspberries and ENJOY!

Yield: 3 drinks

Peachy Pineapple Frozen Daiquiri

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen peaches
1 cup frozen pineapple
8 shots Bacardi Pineapple flavoured Rum
cup lime juice
1/3 cup honey
4 cups crushed ice
Grilled pineapple slice for the garnish
Peach wedges for the garnish

Method:

1. In a blender, add all the ingredients except for the garnishes.

2. Blend 10 seconds at a time until the desired consistency is achieved.

3. Serve in a chilled jug with four cocktail glasses on the side.

4. Garnish with grilled pineapple slices and peach wedges.

5. ENJOY!

Mango & Mint Daiquiri

Ingredients:

2 cups frozen mango
8 shots Bacardi Mango flavoured Rum
cup lime juice
1/3 cup honey
4 cups crushed ice
6 tbsp mint leaves
Mango slices for the garnish
Fresh mint for the garnish

Method:

1. In a blender, add all the ingredients except for the garnishes.

2. Blend 10 seconds at a time until the desired consistency is achieved.

3. Serve in a chilled jug with four cocktail glasses on the side.

4. Garnish with mango slices and fresh mint.

5. ENJOY!
