With Real California yogurt, and a few sweet ingredients you can make a sweet and simple treat that's sure to please.Presented by Real California Milk #ReturnToRealLearn more: http://www.realcaliforniamilk.com/recipe/yogurt-bark/YOGURT BARKINGREDIENTS6 cups plain full-fat yogurt3 Tbsp honey1/4 cup blueberry jam2 Tbsp dark chocolate chips2 Tbsp dried flaked coconut, toastedEquipment11”x8” baking trayINSTRUCTIONS1. Straining the yogurt makes a concentrated creamier bark. Place a paper towel orcheesecloth lined strainer over a large bowl. Place the yogurt in the strainer. Cover withplastic wrap and strain for 24 hours. Discard the liquid.2. Mix the yogurt and honey together until well combined.3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper that hangs over the sides for easy removal.Pour the yogurt mixture on top. Spread it depending on how thick or thin you want yourbark to be. Mine was approximately ½ inch thick.4. Spoon 4 spoonfuls of the blueberry jam over the yogurt mixture and with a skewer orchopstick, swirl the jam into the yogurt.5. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and flaked toasted coconut on top and place in the freezerfor 2-4 hours or until it is completely frozen.6. Remove from the freezer and use a sharp knife to break the bark into pieces.
