FROTHY COFFEE: FLUFFY AND TASTY COLD BEVERAGE

Full recipe and directions for the FROTHY COFFEE
Ingredients (serving for 2)
For the froth:
cup instant coffee (Nescafe)
cup sugar
cup Water

For the milk base:
2 cups cold milk
2 tsp maple syrup

PREPARING THE FROTH
Pour cup of instant coffee, cup of sugar, and cup of cold water into a deep bowl, and whisk them for 4-5 minutes
For those of you who are curious, Frothy Coffee is not a traditional beverage in Turkish Cuisine (nor is it traditional in any other world cuisine), but the light foamy texture of this beverage is similar to the foam that develops on a good cup of Turkish Coffee
So, cold versions of foamy coffee have become very popular among the youth and people who are young at heart!
Once the coffee mixture develops into a thick and fluid foam, it is ready to serve!

PREPARING THE MILK BASE
Mix 2 cups of cold milk and 2 tsp of maple syrup in a jug and stir until the syrup is dissolved in the milk
Then, apportion the cold milk into the coffee cups, making sure to leave ~1 cm of room at the top of each cup, for the foamy coffee mixture

MAKING THE FROTHY COFFEE
Complete the frothy Coffee beverage by crowning each cup of milk with a generous amount of the foamy coffee mixture
