Remove the stems from green beans. Plastic-wrap them and microwave for 1 minute at 600W.2. Arrange beef slices, overlapping slightly, and season with salt and pepper. 3. Place red and yellow bell peppers, cheese, and green beans (1) on beef slices and roll them tight. 4. Dredge each rolled beef in all purpose flour, dip in beaten egg, then panko bread crumbs.5.
