Fried macaroni Ingredients Quantity Water for boiling Oil 2tbsp + for frying Salt 1tsp Macaroni pasta 1 cup Turmeric powder ½ tsp Corn starch 3 tbsp For masala Salt 1 tsp Black salt 1tsp Red chili powder 1 ½ tsp Chaat masala 1 ½ tsp Aam chur powder ½ tsp Mint powder ½ tsp Jeera powder ¼ tsp Method 1. First take a kadai add water in it and some oil, salt and let it boil for some time. 2. Now add the macaroni pasta in it and let it boil till the just done stage, boil it for 8 to 10 mins. 3. Now the macaroni is ready, strain it from the water and dry it on the kitchen towel. 4. Take another kadai and put the oil for frying. 5. Now take a bowl add boiled macaroni, turmeric powder, corn starch and mix it properly. 6. Now take a small bowl for making masala. 7. Now add salt, black salt, red chili powder , aam chur powder , chaat masala, mint powder, jeera powder and mix it properly and keep aside. 8. Oil is ready to fry the macaroni. 9. Strain the extra corn starch from it and put it in the oil for frying. 10. Now fry till it is crisp half fry. 11. Heat up the oil again and add for frying for the second time. 12. Fry till it is proper golden brown. 13. Now add the mix masala you made and mix it, repeat the same step again. 14.
