Fried Bean Vermicelli with Starchy Sauce
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
100g bean vermicelli
Some vegetable oil
100g sliced pork loin
6 quail eggs (boiled)
30g bamboo shoots (boiled)
30g carrots
1/3 leek
30g kikurage
1/3 bunch komatsuda

A
2 teaspoons Chinese stock powder
2 tablespoons sake
1 teaspoon sugar
1and1/2 tablespoons oystar sauce
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
10g ginger (grated)
300ml water

Some potato starch (mixed with water)

PREPARATION
1. Cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

2. Stir fry the pork in a lightly oiled pan. Add vegetables (1) and cook.

3. Add all A ingredients and simmer. Add boiled quail eggs. Add potato starch (mixed with water) to thicken the sauce.

4. Fry bean vermicelli in the oil (180C) until crispy.

5. Place fried vermicelli on a plate. Pour (3) over.

6. Enjoy!
