Cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces. 2. Stir fry the pork in a lightly oiled pan. Add vegetables (1) and cook. 3. Add all A ingredients and simmer. Add boiled quail eggs. Add potato starch (mixed with water) to thicken the sauce. 4. Fry bean vermicelli in the oil (180C) until crispy. 5. Place fried vermicelli on a plate. Pour (3) over. 6.
