Ingredients:
125 grams Butter
100 grams icing sugar
130 grams flour
100 grams muesli
100 grams Blueberries, plus extra for sprinkling
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

Method:
In a bowl, add the butter and sugar and whisk it well
Add the flour and muesli and whisk it well
Add fresh blueberries, vanilla essence & baking powder in the mixture and give it a good whisk
Add the mixture in a cake tin, spread it well and sprinkle it with blueberries.
Bake it for 30-35 mins for 180 deg C.
The cake should be cooled for 45 mins and then served
