French Toast Sausage Roll Ups (Breakfast) Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
8 K&Ns Breakfast Sausage
8 slices sandwich bread
3 eggs
cup milk
teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tbsp butter, for greasing
Salt to taste
Sour Cream as required

Instructions:
Thaw K&Ns Breakfast Sausage as per the instruction on the pack.
Meanwhile trim the crust from the bread and flatten it out with your hands or a rolling pin.
In a shallow bowl whisk the eggs, milk, cinnamon and salt together.
Roll each K&Ns Breakfast Sausage up in a piece of bread.
Heat a clean 10-inch skillet over medium heat and add butter.
Dunk each roll into the egg, coat completely, let excess drip off and place in the pan.
When the the bottoms are browned turn with tongs to cook and brown on all sides.
