Spread the love! :) Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkAppIngredientsFor The Batter Maida: 1 cupCornflour: 15 gramsSalt to tasteTo Be Ground Into A Paste Chopped onions: 30 gramsFinely chopped bell peppers: ¼ cupGrated carrot: ¼ cupKissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 4 tablespoonsGinger: 5 gramsOther Ingredients Potatoes (large): 2Cornflakes: 1 cupWaterPepper to tasteOats: 1 cupCornflakes and oats crumbs: 80gMethod of preparationFor the pasteGrind ginger, bell peppers, onions, carrots together and take the paste into the bowlFor the batter Combine oats, flour(maida), corn flour, salt along with the prepared paste in the bowl and mix well to make a thick batter using enough water and add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup to it. Keep aside. How to proceed Boil a vessel full of water in a deep pan, add the salt and cook till the potatoes are parboiled. Drain and keep aside to cool. Peel the potatoes and cut them into fingers. Take a plate and add oats, crush corn flakes into it. Dip the potato fingers in the batter and roll out in the crushed corn flakes and oats mixture till they are evenly coated from all sides. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep-fry the fingers on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on absorbent paper and season pepper on it. Cool slightly and serve with salsa and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup.
