https://youtu.be/hG7dqed19w0FRENCH FRIES Ingredients :- Chips Potatoes (Russet potatoes) - 1 KG Oil - For Deep Fry Dried Red Chillies - 1/4 Cup Oregano - 1 tsp Citric Acid - 1 tsp Garlic Powder - 1 tsp Black Salt - 1 tsp Sugar - 1 tsp Methods :- Cut potatoes into juliennes as shown in the video. Cook it for 3 minutes and spread it out on a towel and let it dry out for some time. Fry for a minute and freeze it for long storage. Add another batch directly into oil and fry them till the edges are crunchy. Double fry the fries to get crispy layer on the french fries. For Peri Peri masala , Take a blender add Red Chillies , Citric Acid , Sugar , Ginger powder , Black Salt , Oregano and blend into fine powder and add it to fries to get nice tangy flavour. #frenchfries #santaclaus #vahchef
