Ingredients:-
All-purpose flour: 1 cup
Eggs: 2
Coconut milk: ½ cup
Water: ½ cup
Oil: 2 tablespoons
Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam: 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Chopped kiwi fruit: 2 tablespoons
Chopped pineapple: 2 tablespoons

Method of Preparation
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs
Gradually add the coconut milk and water, stirring to combine
Add the salt and oil, beat until smooth
Take a flat pan, heat oil and pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately 3 tablespoons for each crepe
Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly
Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side
Spread Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam on the crepes evenly, add fruits and fold.
