Fresh 'n' Healthy Kale, Carrot & Lemon Cucumber Juice made with Coconut Water from Thai Young Coconuts

* I n g r e d i e n t s *
2 Thai Young Coconuts (Coconut Water)
1 bunch of Kale
2 small Lemon Cucumbers (yes, there is such a thing as Lemon Cucumbers! If you can't find any, then use 1 regular cucumber instead)
4-8 Carrots (unpeeled if organic, peeled if inorganic)


* P r e p a r a t i o n *
1) Open young coconuts to get coconut water out ~ watch this video if you need help: http://bit.ly/u9Q4j

2) Run all other ingredients through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you. http://bit.ly/mIrEW

3) Combine everything together, adding ice, if desired.

When you are health-conscious, it's best to remain nonjudgmental of others if you can. Always just focus on being a living example of health, and others will just automatically notice.

For really, who am I or who is anyone to be able to judge anyone or anything? We all truly know NOTHING. Everything that we "believe" is all a result of conditioning and our own personal experiences.

There is truly no "right" or "wrong." We may have our own *preferences* but that doesn't make our preferences "right." Here is a wonderful quote:

So...I encourage you to experiment with eating and drinking in various ways (or at least reflect back upon how you used to eat differently), and notice the CONSEQUENCES that YOU personally experience. Every human being is different, and you should do what is right for you. That being said, we are all also all human beings, so it is not going to come as a surprise that natural foods found in Mother Nature happen to be foods that result in primarily positive consequences for us humans. But don't take my word for it, find out for yourself! And allow others to do the same.... :D

DETOX Symptoms!
They are just going to happen sometimes as you eat more and more healthily. Here is an (incomplete) list of what you might experience:
- feeling tired
- feeling weak
- smelling strange
- crusties in your eyes
- gunk coming out of your ears
- metallic, gummy and/or mucus taste in your mouth
- foul-smelling gas and/or bowel movements

So when and if these things happen, do not worry! Remember, this is all stuff that is coming OUT of you...all the unnatural foods that you ate BEFORE. Your body's drainage channels had simply gotten so clogged up, that it couldn't let any of this stuff out of you until now! Just keep on going forward.

In response to some people expressing their concern over them thinking that I am "too thin," I wanted to share with you that as part of the detoxification process, your body first focuses on breaking down all of the old, unhealthy tissues...meaning, you may indeed at first get TOO thin. For me, remember I have 25+ YEARS of unhealthy habits to undo (poor nutrition, drug abuse, violence in the home, negative psychological effects & conditionings, as well as the abuse I put my body through when I was a body builder... even though I was able to gain muscle and get 'fit,' I at times pushed my body too far in my training and am still feeling inflammation and soreness from that today). Getting "too thin" is unfortunately a huge roadblock that stops people from completing their detoxification journey. But if you stick with it, then one day there will be a turning point in your body....where you will then start to GAIN weight and healthy tissue, without even changing what you eat or drink! Your body goes on Mother Nature's schedule, so just trust the process and do not be afraid. And if your friends and family give you a tough time (e.g., Krista's grandmother is always advising her to 'fatten up' and have some steak and potatoes!), just smile gently at them, turn around to people like us for some support, and move forward on your detox and health journey! Don't look back. We believe in you!
