I am an American man living in Seoul, and tried Balut for the first time. Every Sunday, thousands of Filipinos, including overseas Filipino workers, working in Korea visit the market to try their favorite Filipino foods, including lumpia and adobo!However, on this day, Tastes Seoul Good was after one of the most famous dishes from the Philippines: BALUT! This is a fertilized duck egg, including the duck embryo, that is boiled. Inside is a duck embryo. This street food is not for the faint of heart!
