Foraging UK - Jack by the hedge Garlic mustard (Alliaria Petiolata)

Today we're taking a look at Jack by the Hedge. also commonly known as Garlic Mustard, which lets you know straight away what it will taste like!

We'll be diving into the identification of Garlic Mustard from year one to year two of growth as well as how to distinguish it from the potential lookalikes which are: Ground Icy & Lesser Celandine (although both are edible in spring)

During the session, we'll have a think about plenty of different ways we can eat and enjoy Jack by the Hedge.
