Foraging UK - Ground Ivy (Glechoma hederacea) Identification

Today we're taking a look at Ground Ivy, also known as ale-hoof (because it was used in the brewing of ales)

We'll be diving into the identification of Ground Ivy, looking at how to distinguish it from the potential lookalikes which are: Garlic Mustard & Lesser Celandine (although both are edible in spring)

During the session, we'll have a think about plenty of different ways we can eat and enjoy Ground Ivy, which we mainly use as a substitute or in addition to: rosemary, thyme and sage.
