Foraging UK - St Georges Mushroom (Calocybe gambosa)

Today we're going to take a look at a fantastic late spring edible wild mushroom called st georges mushroom. Aptly named as it typically grows around St Georges day (a celebration in the UK)

We'll take a look at the key identification features for the St Georges Mushroom as well as taking a look at any potential lookalikes of which the deadly fibrecap is the main one to consider as it's toxic.
