Beat cream cheese, butter and shortening together on medium high speed for 30 seconds until light and fluffy.2. Add in the rest of the ingredients, icing sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Mix on LOW speed until just combined. Then mix at speed 2 for the next 10 to 20 seconds until smooth.3.
