Cream Cheese Frosting So stiff, foolproof

Enough for 30 cupcakes

Ingredients:
240 grams of Full-Fat Cream Cheese, soften at room temperature
60 grams of unsalted butter, soften at room temperature
60 grams of shortening, soften at room temperature
400 grams of icing sugar
2 tbsp. corn starch
tsp. of vanilla extract
tsp. of salt

To make cream cheese that is stiff, please follow my mixing method and the right ingredients.

1. Beat cream cheese, butter and shortening together on medium high speed for 30 seconds until light and fluffy.
2. Add in the rest of the ingredients, icing sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Mix on LOW speed until just combined. Then mix at speed 2 for the next 10 to 20 seconds until smooth.
3. To stabilize it, put it in the fridge for at least 10 minutes until set.
