Fluffy Scrambled Eggs Recipe

This fluffy and creamy scrambled eggs recipe with crme fraiche will be your best breakfast meal ever.
I am serving scrambled eggs with fresh French baguette, shiitake mushrooms and tomatoes on the vine. Dont limit your imagination and serve your eggs the way you like with favorite vegetables or even fruits.

Ingredients:
2 pcs Shiitake mushrooms
5 pcs tomatoes on the vine
3 eggs
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp crme fraiche
1 tsp chives
French baguette

Instructions:
Constantly stir eggs on and off the heat while cooking the eggs. To make sure they dont get overcooked (see the video for exact technique)
