Can there be a better breakfast than this? This fluffy Omelette which is super creamy on the inside, wholesome and yummy!

FLUFFY OMLETTE (Serves 1)

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 green chilli, chopped
1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves
Black pepper powder to taste
A pinch of Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp oil
Tomato ketchup to serve

Method

1. In a large bowl, break and separate the egg whites and transfer the yolks in another bowl.
2. In the yolks, add green chilli chopped, chopped coriander, black pepper powder, a pinch of Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder, salt and mix well. Set aside.
3. Using an electric beater, beat the egg whites till light, add salt and beat till they form soft peaks.
4. Gently fold in the egg whites little by little into the yolks mixture till well combined.
5. Heat oil in a non-stick shallow pan, add the prepared egg mixture and lightly spread it. Cook for 2-3 minutes, slightly loosen the sides.
6. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Take it off the heat.
7. Gently transfer into a serving plate and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
