500g Cooked rice (overnight)
260g Chicken fillets (chopped into bite sized pieces)
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Cooking wine
1 tbsp Cornstarch
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 knob Ginger (chopped finely)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
5 Eggs (3 eggs beaten separately)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 stalk Scallions (chopped)
