50 grams butter, melted
2 tbsp oil
¼ cup + 2 tbsp water
1 tsp pineapple essence
1 tsp vinegar
For icing:
11/2 cups whipping cream
Pineapple essence
For sugar syrup:
1 cup water
3 tsp sugar
2-3 tbsp Pineapple crush
½ tsp Pineapple essence
For decoration:
Fresh rose flowers
Sunflowers, fresh
