Dhaba Style Aloo Keema

Ingredients for Aloo Keema:
Oil 1/4 cup
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Cinnamon sticks 1-2
Black cardamoms 1-2
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Beef mince 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomato puree 1 cup
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
NESTL MILKPAK Yogurt 1 cup
Potato cubes 2 cups
Water 1 cup
Garam masala powder 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Raita:
Green coriander (chopped) 1/2 cup
Mint leaves 8-10
NESTL MILKPAK Yogurt 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp

Directions for Aloo Keema Preparation:
1. In a pot heat oil and add cumin seeds, cinnamon sticks, black cardamoms and cook for a minute.
2. Add onion and cook until translucent.
3. Add beef mince and cook until it changes color. Add ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
4. Add tomato puree, red chili flakes, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt and cook for 2-3 mins.
5. Add NESTL MILKPAK Yogurt and cook until oil separates.
6. Now add potatoes and cook for 1-2 mins. Add water and cover and cook until potatoes are fully done. Take off the lid and add garam masala powder. Give it a good mix.
7. Your Dhaba Style Aloo Keema are ready. Set aside.
Directions for Raita Preparation:
8. In a glass jar add green coriander, mint leaves, NESTL MILKPAK Yogurt, salt and blend it well. Your Raita is ready. Serve it with Aloo Keema and enjoy.
