Ingredients you'll need:

Croutons-
1/2 pound (240g) loaf of stale bread
3 tablespoons (45ml) extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic grated
flakey or kosher salt to taste
pepper to taste

Panzanella-
1/2 pound loaf (240g) stale bread
1.5 pounds(680g) tomatoes
1 clove garlic, grated
3 tablespoons (45ml) extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons (45ml) red wine vin
salt to taste
parmesan
basil
black pepper to taste

Bread Pudding-
6 cups (380g) cubed stale bread
2 1/3 cup (515ml) whole milk
1/4 cup (56g) butter
1/2 cup (110g) granulated sugar
3 eggs plus one egg yolk
2 teaspoons (10ml) vanilla extract
2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
pinch of salt
